Swallowfield
PLC
We
designed and installed the complete building services
in the new production and office facility at Swallowfield
PLC, Wellington, Somerset.
Project qualified for Enhanced Capital Allowance
Rebate.
A
Dunham Bush stainless steel air handling unit
with gas heating module supplying warm fresh air
in the winter and cool air in the summer throughout
the Production Area.
This unit has a heat-recovery section, which allows
the warm stale extract air to pre-heat the fresh
incoming air.
Daikin
heatpump air conditioning units, heat and cool
the large open plan office suites with a combination
of ducted concealed ceiling units, ceiling cassette
units and also several wall mounted units.
Powrmatic
and Reznor gas fired unit heaters provide spot
heating in dispatch and other areas, combined
with roof destratification fans, these heaters
give an even flow of warm air throughout these
areas.
